Engineering & bubbles
There is a table for the engineering brains who love to build and create.
Structures such as bridges, virus shapes and more can be created.
Bubbles produced from a reaction
Here the children explore a chemical reaction to generate bubbles & investigate density.
Film canister cannons
We can add another activity for older students called film canister cannons. They explore how pressure causes projectiles to form and also change variables.

The Bubble mania workshop has created a love of science at our OOSH and more importantly a love of learning. Even I come away with with new knowledge from the workshop.

Requirements

Appropriate for ages 5 and up with a maximum of 30 children per class

6 Tables arranged around a room. Chairs are not required.

Some activities need outside space.

Duration 60 minutes, set up time 45 minutes and pack up time 45 minutes
